Good afternoon everyone,

I have been to plenty of weddings in my day and this one really stood out to me. I kept thinking to myself throughout the wedding, you can really see and feel the love, it was palpable. I am always secretly shedding some tears behind the lens during all weddings but this one was amazing! Every detail was planned out to the T, in a world of cookie cutter weddings, this unique & thoughtful wedding was a breath of fresh air. From the setting at Madden’s resort in Brainerd, Minnesota where guests could stay all weekend long, to the hand-made welcome bags, the ceremony and all of the love felt from the bride and groom as well as their families was truly inspiring. Enough of my thoughts on this beautiful wedding, on to the photo preview!

I love their faces!! What a great wedding.

On my trip home to Minnesota last month I was able to photograph two weddings. This wedding was for my good friend from highschool, Lindsey, it was so great to see her and everyone again! This wedding was just awesome, such good energy, love and perfect weather. I was so happy to be apart of it. The colors were so vibrant and I think they made for gorgeous photographs.

I was so happy when I came across this photo...we weren't planning for her parents to be in the background. We were just taking photos of Melanie and Robbie as they were looking on. I think it turned out amazing, with them smiling at her, her expression...just love it!

Brit and Jon’s wedding was just beautiful. I am so happy to have been apart of it. I have been working on these photos for a couple weeks now. I had a hard time choosing just a few photos for the preview so here is what I narrowed it down to. I think they are just a wonderful couple and I wish them all the best in the future!
